About Me


Over my 10 year career in the fitness industry I have worked with a wide variety of clientele and fitness goals. I started out in the strength & conditioning field, training high school and collegiate athletes for sports performance and injury prevention. After a year of that I moved into the gym setting, training the general population to achieve strength and weight loss goals. During this time I furthered my education and credentials which helped me realize that what I really enjoyed was helping people improve their movement quality through functional training for longevity purposes. It became extremely rewarding to have clients tell me that they were able to play with their kids or grandkids without feeling tired or they were able to perform a certain movement without feeling pain or restriction. This is how I decided on the name Optimal Movements. Now that I have created my own brand, I want to focus on helping people to Move Better, Feel Better, and Live Better
